“So, like, do you do a Keto diet?”
I get asked if I “do Keto” all the time, and honestly, I don’t know how to respond. It’s certainly easier these days to just say yes, because Keto is currently so popular and widely accepted.
And it’s true that the Carnivore diet is clearly Ketogenic in nature by being so low in carbs and high in fat. But I also know that I’m not the typical Ketonian. Keto-Head. Keto-er. Whatever.
So I invited local Keto-coach, Ashley Stevenson, to come chat about what we have in common, how she started doing Keto, why this is so important to us, and what’s different between our diets.
